We just got and plugged in an extension to our Symmetra LX, the XR extension...The Symmetra recognizes it in that it shows 5 times the run time it did before, but the XR is blinking 02 then E6, then 02 then E6...
Anhy ideas?

I would first try reseating the XR frame comm card. It's on the back of the extended run frame, along the top. You can do that hot without issues. Give the card a look over when you have it out to make sure everything looks good.
If you have another XR frame somewhere in the facility, you can also try swapping cards to see if an issue follows the card.
If that doesn't clear it, try giving support a call at 800-890-4272.

If you have the 3 or 9 battery XR frame that works with Symmetra LX, E6 indicates the presence of a failing battery. Tech support can help you locate this using the Diagnostics Menu on the PowerView display.
