Hi,
We are getting an alert one of Intelligent module is bad.
I'm trying to pull it out but it's stuck.
I loosened a thumb screw but i know i need to push left side to get it released but it's not moving.
FYI, I have replaced this thing couple of times, batteries, power modules also IMs..
What do i do?
Can i try something like a flat screw driver to force?
Help!!
Thanks,
Sung

If you insert a flathead screwdriver (not too far!) between the metal piece with the screw and the rest of the intelligence module, then turn the screwdriver, it should unlock the module.
Perform at your own risk.
