Symmetra LX 16kVA Dead :(

Hello, my Symmetra LX 16kVA (SYA16K16I) has failed. Can anyone give me any pointers?

There is no powerview (on MIM or RIM)

MIM has flashing green, steady red, flashing yellow, off, off

RIM has off, steady red, flashing yellow, off, off

We can hear relays clicking. no network management, no LOAD output, power module fans spin up, and then spin down

Removing the communications card clears the Red LEDS - put replacing the card doesn't fix and it still wont power up.

We have tried replacing the MIM and RIM from a working unit.

Any ideas? Tech are unsure of the fault.

UPS was shutdown with no load, was moved to another floor, fault then appeared.

Power view is blank not backlight, no lights on powerview

Tried with management card inserted and removed, inserted - no lights, no network connectivity, cant login

All combinations of MINS and RIMS showed a steady red LED in the unit ie the known goods (the goods function fine in other unit)

The communications card suffered a bit of a whack, we have tried it with nothing connected including the network management card.

You don't happen to have a part number for the top backplane?
