Suspected fatal error

Hi,

Working for a remote school that has just been donated a 3000XHV UPS.
However on power up all 5 LEDs flash simultaneously red.
The right most LED  flashes a split red/green light.

The manual indicates that this is a an internal error requiring a return to support agents.

Could someone confirm this diagnosis?

Would it be possible for you to provide the exact model number of your unit? It can be found at the back of your unit printed on a white barcode sticker. Can you also include a photo of the front panel for us to better determine the issue?

I'm called Pius Mande, A technician with Macos (U) Ltd of uganda. I have a ups APC MGE 120kva ups which is giving me the error 7-5-1 (Cable disconnected) and it is failing to start. They were two machines working in parallel and i transfered one to another bank data centre but am now facing that problem. what can i do?

Hello Pius,

The UPS that you are using seems to be a 3 phase unit. Would it be possible for you to create a new thread under the 3 phase category? Unfortunately, I am capable of handling single phase and not 3 phase units.
