Surtrk2 + 19"x19" rack = no fit...???
Hello,
I purchased a 2200va rm last week, but while trying to install the rails on the rack I discovered that fully retracted they are about 1" to long. The rail kit came with the ups and didn't give it much thought at the time of purchase. But this rail kit is definitely not 1 size fits all.
I couldn't find an alternative kit on the website or on amazon from where I purchased the ups. So before I begin getting creative with either a hack saw or scrap pieces of steel and a drill press, is there an "surtrk2" or equivalent rail kit that fits 19"x19" 4post racks for the SURTA2200RMXL2U.
I'm using a penn-elcom 19"x19" 4-post 45u open rack.
