Sudden Shutdown of new UPS SURTD3000XLI after 2 days running.

Good day

I recive SURTD3000XLI 25-march-19 from local dealler in peshawer ZRK plant.

today 8:00 am its gone shutdown suddenly all our DCS systems and PLC Shutdown but our electrical team save the running process to shutdown by providing main up supply system.

this was looking not reliable.????

APC ups are so reliable.

we are using 120Kva deutsche power.
