Hello,
I am about to power on this UPS - it was sitting in our server room for quite some time without use. Now i am about to order batteries for it but first i want to check if it functions properly, I assume it does but for just in case.
The battery pack in the ups is RBC24 - the batteries are removed by our previous employee because they were dead.
My questions. I really appreciate your time.
1. Can I plugin into mains without battery to test if it turns on?
2. Can I install a RBC7 (two batteries from our SMT1500) into the RBC24 just to test out - I see RBC24 cartridge comes with two red wires and two black wires while RBC7 is wired with 60A wiring harness. So should i just plug one red and one black to RBC7 and leave the other couple unplugged. Is it possible to test that way?
Best Regards,
Darko
