While I'm logged in as an Administrator (or Super User), some management options are greyed out.
It's a newly installed UPS with an AP9544 NMC.
Reboot of the card does not help. Anyone knows what could cause this?
See screenshots.
Thank you

Brand new indeed. It has no external BP. I think. Cannot contact anyone on site now. But the option "Battery System" on the "Status" menu is not there on this UPS. Not sure what this has to do with the NMC issues (?). But I would like to learn on that if it does.
However... I've re-applied the (latest) firmware on the NMC and now the issue is solved. All options are available and I was able to configure everything 👍

To be clear the NMC came pre installed in the UPS?!? You didn’t add it in after the fact?
What specific model APC UPS is there?

The NMC was pre-installed and the model of the UPS is SRVPM10KRIL-IN

This system is brand new just being setup? Have the external battery packs been installed and connected to the main system?!?

Great to hear the problem is fixed. I’m surprised the NMC had to be flashed again to see the unit and provide all the options?!?
Regardless, the unit you have listed is similar to one of the UPS I have where the main unit is only the brains and has no internal battery like a standard UPS.
Can you confirm that is the case?
My unit must be hardwired to the AC Mains and the connected load. The battery is external to the main (brain) system. The batteries are similar to what a car battery would look like but are chained together with an APC proprietary cable.
Your unit uses battery packs that are enclosed in a housing similar to other UPS systems I have like the SMX / SRT with extended battery packs.
