Software for multi. installed systems

I am sure this has been asked and I will continue looking.
I have 23 standalone/rack mounted UPS systems all with Network monitoring cards (ap9617)

What software is out there that will watch all the stats from a single page, is there?
I do not have these connected to any server just to network.

you are going to want to look along the lines of the [ISX Manager|http://www.apc.com/resource/include/techspec_index.cfm?base_sku=AP92200] (which was recently discontinued but you may be able to find) or into an [ISX Central device|http://www.apc.com/products/family/index.cfm?id=350].

Those are the offerings we currently have for central management of network management cards.
