SmartUPS5000 shuts itself off after 10 mins
Our organisation had a 4 hour power outage on Friday, the network was shutdown, and the smartups5000 eventually ran out of battery. (Its hardwired with a switch to mains). After the outage I powered up the servers, network etc. After attempting to power on from its front panel it lasted only around 10 minutes and powered off again. It consistently did this until I disconnected the network servers etc and left it all weekend to charge.
Today, Monday I powered it on, and it started ok, one green light, but again, after around 10 mins it powers off. The batteries were all replaced around 5 months ago, and its been fine until we had the power outage and it ran out of battery.I'm unsure whether this is a unit fault or battery issue and not sure where to go ?

This UPS should have a pre-installed management card in it that could provide us some very helpful log files in debugging what happened. Sounds like you may have this configured? It is possible to provide us those log files which should be event.txt, data.txt and config.ini? I don't want to guess what happened until I see any log files which may answer all of my questions I could have for you on the specifics.
