SmartUPS 1500 missing info in NMC gui
We have a SmartUPS 1500 that's missing info in the NMC gui. It's not reporting the UPS model (blank), and the UPS and Outlet Groups menu items are missing from the Status drop-down menu along with other info.
We thought the NMC was bad, so we replaced it with a known good NMC (both AP9641 with latest firmware). No change.
Curious if anyone has encountered the same and has a fix?

Show me the top banner when you login to the NMC. Than a screen shot of the About* tab for both the UPS / NMC. Provide a photo of the About screen from the LCD.
Lastly, upload the event, data, ups logs for review.
