Yes ok so my problem is I can not get the machine to self test AN will not change over to battery bower.

Can some body point me in right direction AN tell me what to look for.

bought all new battery AN was not the problem. Cleaned out all the dust which there was a lot.

Is there any fuses or relays that I can test. If so which ones.

Unfortunately these units are not considered to be field serviceable. If the Fault LED cannot be reset I would advise you to replace the UPS.

Hi Ray -

Does the unit show any signs of life? Will it turn on when plugged into known good utility power? If so, what happens when you press and hold the "I/Test" button?

yes it turns on but when you hold the test button in the unit just goes back to where it only shows the red light coming on. it will not run any test. alos when it does this i hear a click noise an then the red light will come on up front. sorry it took awhile to respond.now i have taken the unit apart but i am trying to figure out how to test everything or the relays. but i havent found a digram or anything yet

Yes the unit comes on. It wwhen. You hit the test button. It will not run test at all. Only thing that happens is the red lights stays on. We tried. Ew battery's didn't work. I really need a way to test everything. They did send us a brand new o e which is great but if we can fix this one it would be nice that way we have a back up one.

Also I here a clicking noise for 1 second then that red light will come on. I have it all taken apart now. But here is a picture of where I think the problem is coming from
