Smart UPS recommendations for home use?

I live in an older apartment and the power circuit can't handle my wife's hair dryer and PC, some of the time. I would like to get a UPS that is connected to my PC and can safely shut it down in the event of a loss of power. Dmrouterlogin o you have any recommendations? Thanks for any assistance.192.168.0.1
