Hi
I got a bunch of SNMP traps from one of our SmartUPS X3000 this evening:
The battery charger has failed.
The battery temperature threshold has been violated.
At the time of shutdown (when staff arrived on-site), the internal temperature was approx 60 degrees centigrade according to the management interface.
As the product is more than 3 years old, the main question is probably whether a repair is cheaper than a new unit ? After all, the batteries will probably need replacement after the high internal temperature...
Regards
Brian

Hello,
I recommend you replace the entire unit. The high internal temperature may have damage other components and it may not be cost effective to repair.
