Smart-UPS X SMX1000C keeps jumping from grid to battery - VIDEO

Hi All,

I have this setup with a Smart-UPS X SMX1000C and 2 extra batteries.

The power input jumps to battery and back to grid almost every 2 seconds in some cases.

I know I haven't made the last update, but I have this problem for almost 8 months now

Here is a video to make it more clear

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=euVqKu1s7_M

Any suggestions?

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

The UPS goes on battery when the input voltage is not in range or cannot be corrected by the AVR of the  SMX unit  I suggest check your input voltage if the voltage is different from the set output of the UPS reduce sensitivity the SMX units is normally on the highest sensitivity by default

You can also change the High and low transfer point when using the advance menu type

If the voltage is normal and you already have the lowest sensitivity and other UPS are working normally on the same circuit the UPS may have faulty sensors and may need to be replaced
