I have a Smart-UPS X 3000 that just got installed. It's in an electrically 'bad' area of the country so that it does into bypass for a second or less very frequently.
I can't figure out how to change the notification so that it only alerts me if the unit is in bypass for at least a minute?
Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

Hi,
Open the NMC web interface and go to Configuration - Notification - Event Action - By Event select the event you want to edit (Bypass), select the proper critical event title possible UPS: In bypass in response to an internal hardware fault. Double click on the event and add a delay to the email settings by double clicking on the recipient if the event email.

Hi Dave -
Can I possibly get the exact model of your UPS? Are you receiving these notofications from a Network Management Card or PowerChute Business Edition? And lastly - Are you going to bypass or switching to battery?
Thanks!
Liam

Model: | Smart-UPS X 3000 |
SKU: | SMX3000LVNC |
It's going on battery. I'm receiving my notifications via the network management card.
