It is my understanding after researching that this is a know issue that requires input/assistance directly from APC. Can you please provide the necessary files and process for resolving my issue?

Have you reached out to APC Technical Support about receiving the steps and needed files?

I would follow up to make sure the ticket hasn’t been closed. Next, insist the ticket be escalated to the next tier.
Reference this APC Forum thread so they know you did ask the community but no one at APC / Schneider had even taken the time to reply or offer the procedures and files! 👎
Please do follow up with how things turn out good / bad. 👍
