Hi there,
In our environment we are monitoring the devices with PRTG.
I've tried all options it has for APC devices but I cannot find a sensor for the current error state.
The Smart-UPS X 1000 states: Battery Disconnected but in PRTG it shows me all is fine.
Does anybody know which OID I should be using to capture this error?

Hi Ronald,
To give you an additional data point - the OID .1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.1.11.1.1.0 (upsBasicStateOutputState) has a bunch of flags that can be triggered based on different UPS events. Flag 33 for "no batteries attached" should be flipped to "1" when a battery disconnect event occurs.

Hi there,
I have found a work around for my issue.
By using the OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.1.2.3.4.0 and setting upper & lower limits I can check the voltage and verify the battery connectivity.
