Smart-UPS VT and IT

Hi everybody,

We are about to sell an APC VT model UPS.
The last thing we need to know is if the UPS can work on an IT grounding system (neutral to earth).

The UPS will be used to supply security lightning in a cinema.

Hello,

The SUVT ups requires a standard neutral that is bonded to ground at the service entrance. In this case, so long as your neutral (earth ground) and the input ground are electrically the same point, I do not see how there would be an issue.
