Smart-UPS SRT 2200 network flapping

Hi,

We did experenced network interface flaps with UPS'es specifically with Network Management Cards 3 model  AP9641, then I've updated network card firmware to

Version v2.3.1.1 and in its release notes it is stating that flapping issue is fixed, but flapping is still here, please help:
