Smart-UPS SRT 10000 - In bypass in response to an internal hardware fault.

This was originally posted on APC forums on 11/29/2016


Above UPS which was installed around May/June 2015 started to go into bypass mode some days ago. Other times I find unit completely off in the morning and have to switch on manually. From event logs i see above message, also noted UPS logs are saying charger overvoltage. Details of unit below:
