We have two Smart-UPS RT 8000 RM XL that are both giving the following alarms.
Replacement Battery Needed |
At least one faulty battery exists. |
Self-Test Failed |
Self-Test Failed |
What are the chances that both need to have batteries replaced? Batteries are only about one year old..
Thanks
Tom

Did you program each UPS with the # of external battery modules? I assumed these where internal batteries because they are in the UPS if that is incorrect, than it was not done and I would need to know how to do that.

Each UPS has 4 batteries, Current room temps for one ups is 84.99 F the other is 78.87 F. I don't think a battery calibration has ever been done under a load.
