Smart UPS RT 6000XL: UPS_IDEN
Good day, I am currently experiencing some difficulties with my smart UPS. There are three major issues which are pertaining to my smart UPS. There is indicator warning me of an Inverter Fault, Output Power Turned Off and self-test failed. Under the "Quick Statues" heading, the bar graph that shows the level of load in watts is 0% and the bar graph that indicates the battery capacity is 17%. The input voltage, output voltage, runtime remaining and last battery transfer status are as follows:
Input Voltage: 233.2VAC
Output Voltage: 0VAC
Runtime remaining: 44min
Last battery transfer: detection of low utility voltage
Recent UPS events:
Date Time Event
2/3/2016 05:51:19 UPS: Refused a self-test. UPS is overloaded
2/3/2016 05:51:03 UPS: Passed a self-test
2/3/2016 05:49:52 UPS: Refused a self-test. UPS is overloaded
2/3/2016 05:32:03 UPS: the output power is turned off.
2/3/2016 05:32:03 An inverter fault exists
Based on my knowledge, I am aware that a change of just the inverter alone would not be possible. Hence, I would like to seek your help and would need your expertise to come up with a more viable option. Would changing all the batteries help solve the problem? Also, I would like to ask if the power is able through the input directly to the output in the bypass mode even without the inverter functioning?
