Smart-UPS RT 6000 XL: Device UPS: No longer on battery power. 0x010A

Hello all

We have an RT6000XL. We have received this message several times:

04/26/2017 10:11:28 Device UPS: No longer on battery power. 0x010A
04/26/2017 10:11:17 Device UPS: On battery power in response to an input power problem. 0x0109

Any idea what causes this, and how to solve this?

Hello Luiz,

This message occurs when the utility power feeding the UPS has experienced an outage or fluctuation of some sort. When this happens the UPS goes onto battery in order to protect/keep the load on. This probably will not show up in the data log because the event was so brief. There would only need to be concern if you a repeatedly seeing these events.
