This message occurs when the utility power feeding the UPS has experienced an outage or fluctuation of some sort. When this happens the UPS goes onto battery in order to protect/keep the load on. This probably will not show up in the data log because the event was so brief. There would only need to be concern if you a repeatedly seeing these events.
