Hi,
We have a Smart-UPS RT 10000XL.
We had the batteries replaced a few days ago.
It seemed the batteries started charging right away but these messages remained:
"Discharged battery" & "The battery power is too low to support the load, if power fails, the UPS will be shut down immediately".
A while after the replacement the "battery capacity" showed 100% but when I run a runtime calibration it immediately drops to 6-7 %, after some hours it's back at 100% but still messages stay...
Please advice on what could be causing this.

Your issue is most likely related to the UPS needing to be calibrated after the battery replacement. If the software or NMC initiated calibration is not running for the full runtime, you will likely need to perform a manual calibration.
