Smart UPS New Battery Pack Update Serial Number
I replaced the Battery Pac (APC141) with a new one and updated the New Install Date etc.. I have an NMC V2 that I also updated to latest firmware (7.08). The Serial Number for the battery in the NMC Battery Status continue to show the old Serial Number. Tried a reboot for the NMC, I shut down and restarted the UPS. Still serial number would not update. Any ideas?
