Smart-UPS C1500 still showing L.01 end-of-life error after replacing battery
My UPS (Smart-UPS C1500) was showing the L.01 error indicating battery was reading end-of-life. I purchased and installed a new battery, but the error message returned after a few days. I checked the battery inspection tag and it has a recent date, so it's definitely a new battery.
How can I reset the UPS to recognize that the battery has been replaced?
