Smart-UPS 750 RM firmware upgrade

For the most of our UPS systems we use ticket number FA164737 from the knowledge base to perform a firmware upgrade. We also have some Smart-UPS 750 RM systems with for example firmware revision 668.19.I, these kind of revision numbers can't be found in the table in the above mentioned ticket (knowledge base). Does anyone know where to find if those systems need a new firmware and also where to find those firmware files?

Unfortunately, these would be older Smart-UPS 750 RMs and their firmware is not field upgradable.

If the UPS are not included in the list then they do not have upgradeable firmware. Smart-UPS models beginning with "SMT", "SMX", "SMC", or “SRT” can be upgraded. Smart-UPS models beginning with SU, SUA, SURT, SURTD cannot be upgraded. An easy way to tell is if the Smart-UPS as an LCD screen it most likely has the ability to accept firmware upgrades. If the UPS has LED front panel it cannot be upgraded.
