Yes. The battery replacement date can be reset. You should read the user manual for the Smart-UPS model you have. For example, if the model is SMT1500C to reset the replace battery date disconnect the battery. When the battery is reconnected the LCD display will ask if the battery is new. Answer yes the the date will reset.
