I have an older Smart-UPS 1000, based on the serial number, I think it's from 2003. I'd like to add a SmartSlot card to it in order to get it on the network for monitoring. From the information I have, it looks like an AP9617 or AP9630 would work. Any reason to go with one over the other? Is one still supported with firmware updates?
Thanks in advance.

Hi @atrerice
The AP9617 is our 1st generation network card (NMC1) while the AP9630 belongs to the 2nd generation network card (NMC2) and both of them are compatible with the UPS but are phased out already.
For now, the AP9630 latest firmware is at v7.0.8 and has been replaced by our 3rd generation network management card (NMC3) which, unfortunately, is not compatible with your UPS.
You may refer to the FAQ article below to know more about NMC Compatibility.

Thank you @JonPro. I happen to have an AP9619 on hand and installed it in the APC. It works, I'm able to get it on the network and log into it, but would like to install the latest firmware available for it. Can't seem to find it using the link in the document provided though. Do you happen to know where I can find the firmware for this card?
