Have an error on a 10kva UPS. Have tried the brain dead procedure. Tried cold start, ups works on battery but the moment we switched it to test the same error reappears. Will the updating of the firmware resolve this issue? Urgent assistance is needed.

Based on the photos that you have provided, if you were not able to clear the alarm via the display and the brain-dead procedure then the UPS needs to be replaced.
