A colleague brought back a Smart UPS 3000 ( model = SUM3000RMXL2U ) from a remote office and somehow managed to misplace the entire front panel. Is it even possible to use this UPS without the front panel? Only thing on the front is the black cable with RJ11 jack.
Thanks, Dave

Hi Mike,
I saw your other post. This is something sometimes tech support could scrounge up from spare units around the office. I still think it is worth a try to contact esupport@apc.com to see if there are any options. It is not something we actually sold or stocked but sometimes this part can be tracked down. Alternatively, CoastTec, our authorized service provider, may be another option to contact. Not sure if they have these but I'll mention it if tech support doesn't pan out.

Technical support can probably help you with seeing about a spare bezel and then the "control" part/display that has the on/off button.

Hey,
I know this is quite an old post but I'm facing the same issue. Would you be able to assist me too?
Best regards,
Mike
