Does anyone know how to silence the email notification for a bad battery on the network management interface, or on the unit itself? I can't stop the notifications...

That's it! Thanks.
I just didn't click on the email address that was being notified, to find those other options.

Thanks that disabled it.
Is there any way to just acknowledge the fault, to stop it from notifying? Without disabling the notification completely? Or change the duration of the notification? I do not see any options to edit the duration...

The reason I want to just "silence" it, is because in the meantime until we get a replacement battery, we still need to know if another battery fails.
Thanks to anyone who can help...

i believe you can just set this particular event to notify you once..
if you configure by event, and go to the hex code of that event, you should be able to configure the following options:
Delay X seconds before sending.
Repeat at an interval of X seconds:
-up to X times after the initial notification
or
-until condition clears.
So it sounds like you could repeat up to 0 times after the initial notification..
