Hello,
I have a couple of UPS's (SRT5KRMXLT) which I would like to get onto the network. One of them is all set, but the other simply won't obtain an IP address, so I would like to try setting a static IP. I have not been successful setting the IP via the front LCD console and I don't have the original RJ45 console cable.
Looking at the back of the UPS, I see there is a reset button. Would pushing this just reboot the built in network card, or does it do more than that?
As a follow up question I don't see firmware specifically for this built in adapter (AP9537SUM). Where would I find the firmware to update these cards?
Thank you

Go to https://www.apc.com/us/en/download/software-firmware/.
Enter AP9630 as the model/part number and download Network Management Card 2 (NMC2) v7.1.2 Firmware for Smart-UPS with AP9630/31 The SUMX firmware is the correct firmware for the AP9537SUM
To reset the NMC, press and hold the reset button that will be found on the right-hand side of the card for 20 seconds.
