Hi!
First of all, thank you for accepting me in the community, and Second I'm very sorry for my written English. I am from Argentina and we have a wide network with Communication Nodes secured by UPS APC. I write because we have a problem with a recently installed battery packs in a UPS APC 5000XLI.
With the new battery pack (changed without powering off the UPS to maintain network availability) it continue sending the events
06.12.2016
11:23:29
UPS: A discharged battery condition no longer exists.
06.12.2016
11:23:28
UPS: The battery power is too low to support the load; if power fails, the UPS will be shut down immediately.
The runtime has increased for a few minutes (From to to 9 minutes). Is there a step-by-step to reset that alarm? or just wait to the UPS to take acknowledge that it has brand new batteries?
Hope you understand me and you could give some advices...Thanks!
