I have SURTD 5000 XL ups connected to a equipement of load 10% only, but unfortunately the power gone off for 15 hrs , after that the UPS is not turning up , but it is giving contineous beep and it is not switching on, i checked the voltage on each battery bank getting voltage of 103V each, i kept the UPS separately without load connected to the input for 48 hrs , but still the UPS is not switching ON , but giving beep for every 1 or 2 second.
What i have to do , to make the UPS working OK

Alright. If the batteries from the working unit did not allow your UPS to turn on online or in bypass you may need a new unit. Normally with an RT we would see a fault code via the LEDs on the front, but if not then there is less info to go on. If you are in warranty, technical support can replace it over the phone, if not there are other options you can discuss with technical support or sales. Tech. support may also have you do additional troubleshooting and/or verify your steps taken, and they may also have you attempt to check the functionality of the LED display. I would go to our website (www.apc.com) and set the country/region for the site to your location, and go to the support link for the phone number to use for technical support. If you are in the U.S., please call 1-800-800-4272 and choose the "Smart-UPS" option for support.

Is this an SURTD5000XLI? These units are hardwired and it would be helpful to verify the input wiring from the HW source to the unit input block, and check voltages, etc. If it is a US unit can you also check input voltage on the outlet? Also, try swapping to a different outlet.
If you are using a domestic US unit (XLT) can you confirm if you are using the default plug or if you have changed the input plug?
Is there an EPO connected for use with an EPO system? This connector is on the back of the unit.
You said this has a constant beep, every 1 or 2 seconds? Was it ever faster or slower than this, or was it ever a constant tone? Also, what have you observed for the LEDs on the UPS?
Try swapping the internal batts around and reseat them as well. If you have any external battery packs or spare RT units, swap the batteries from those into this particular unit and try to turn the unit on.
Try to do a cold start on the unit. Cut input power to it, make sure the batts are connected, and hold the ON/TEST button until you hear a 2nd beep. Let go as soon as you hear the second beep, and the unit is supposed to turn on using the batteries.

Thanks for the Fast reply,
I checked the Input voltage , it is ok 230V ,
EPO is not connected.
yes , some time the beep is faster than 2 second and some time slower than 2 second, the UPS is not getting powered up, after pressing the test/ON button for even 5 minutes, it is not getting ON, so , i was not able to check the status of the LEDs.
I tried the cold start, it is alos not working out.

And the other questions?
+"Is this an SURTD5000XLI? These units are hardwired and it would be helpful to verify the input wiring from the HW source to the unit input block, and check voltages, etc. If it is a US unit can you also check input voltage on the outlet? Also, try swapping to a different outlet."+
The 230v XLI model (which I assume that you have?) is hardwired. Is there any evident damage to the hardwiring input, etc?
+"Try swapping the internal batts around and reseat them as well. If you have any external battery packs or spare RT units, swap the batteries from those into this particular unit and try to turn the unit on."+
Do you have any external batt packs or other RT units you can swap batteries from to test this unit?
Also, does the unit show any signs of life when in bypass (if available there is a switch on the back).
