SURTA3000RMXL3U won't power on - ZERO lights

I received a 3000 RT rmxl, plug it in, and no signs of life. not a single LED.  batteries in or out, same results.  It should at least have a battery error light when no batteries are in, correct?  socket it tested and good.  

Does this unit have an internal circuit breaker?  what can I try next?

Hi Jordan,

I'm not particularly familiar with that exact unit but I believe it has circuit breakers on the rear beside the input cable.
