So the other day when blackout happened the ups throw me this error :
UPS: The battery power is too low to support the load; if power fails, the UPS will be shut down immediately.
And it wont sustain the load, which is strange cause the load isn't even 10% on the readings
So i replace the battery with apc official battery, i tested all of them with before installing to make sure it's brand new.
but the same error happens again after i run the calibration (after the battery is 100%)
Any ideas?
NMC is AP9631

Update : Finally solved this issue ! I followed this guide
https://www.stevenjordan.net/2016/05/fix-early-ups-shutdowns.html?m=1
After setting the constant to FF, the runtime says 8hrs 26 min, should've done this right after i bought it.
But how often do i need to do this though?
Another question for apc team, is the hard calibration absolutely necessary or not after resetting constant?
Since constant reset doesnt work with nmc installed, i need to remove nmc before running it,
But I read from various forum posts that the NMC card is hot-swappable, so that means when i need to calibrate i could just unplug the nmc and reset the battery constant.
So if hard callibration is not neccesary it's much simpler if it's not and i dont mind doing it once-twice a year.
