SURT5000 ingresso da 120 a 230 volts

Salve

grazie

This not something released for users if it does exist. For the most specific answer, I'd contact your local support via email or phone since this is something we do not support or give out in the USA.

Can you verify the exact model of UPS from the rear of the UPS? How did you "reset" the UPS?

The model of my UPS is SURT5000XLI

I have changed the power board (640-0751G rev08) with another equal , purchased in US

I did the reset from serial port , and come back at default . There is another way ?

I tried another control board , but the effect is the same

Sorry for my english

Thanks

Its ok smile

Well I can't help much at the control board level as its not really a user serviceable part, here in the USA anyway. You might want to try your local support who can better help since they may repair UPSs where we just replace them here and don't work at the circuit board level.

My personal opinion is that now the problem is only software , in the detection hardware parameters .

There are proccedures to adjust it ?

Thanks
