SURT3000 Fault

Hi,

I have been trying to find out what is wrong with my SMART UPS, it is a SURT3000.

When I switch it on, I get the fault light and the 2nd and 4th LEDs light up on the battery indicator. The bypass light turns on too.

What can I do to get it working again? Thanks!

So you're battery indicator looks like this?

Is that correct? This refers to a battery charger fault and most likely needs to be repaired or replaced depending on the options available in your region. You might be also able to verify this if you have a UPS Network Management Card installed or PowerChute where it will show a battery charger fault too.
