Hi,

We have 3 Smart-UPS RT 10000 XL (SURT10000XLT), supposedly identical, but with different firmwares: 2 units are with firmware apc_hw05_aos_611/apc_hw05_sumx_611 and 1 unit apc_hw05_aos_606/apc_hw05_sumx_606.

Is it possible to update the unit with the older firmware, so that they all match?

Is it possible to do this online, with them in use?

Could someone please point me to how to do this (and what is the latest firmware)?
