SUA750RM1U Literature Kits

Hello,

I have recently acquired 3 SUA750RM1U's. Unfortunately, they did not come with the literature kit with everything in it (i.e. brackets, screws, manual, disks.) I found another one with it and the part number on the bag is 0L1043. My question is, can I find these somewhere, or order them? Any help with this will be appreciated. Thanks!

Please call into our tech support line @ 1-800-800-4272 and explain to the representative that you have received some Smart-UPS that are missing Lit Kit parts. We can replace these for you via one-way RMA if they are under warranty or you have a proof of purchase to show when you bought them. They are not purchasable or available in retail outlets.

Edit: As a side note, you can also buy the rail kits for these units as a generic part on our website (SU032A), and our APC single-node software is free, but the other parts are not available on the web.
