I know its old but how can I update the firmware on a SUA700NET? I don't have a network card for it only the smart signal cable.

You would only be able to upgrade the firmware on a Network Card. There is no way to upgrade the internal firmware of a Single Phase UPS.

Not a problem, the question comes up from time to time. We can do FW upgrades on Network cards, and some accessories that have built in network cards, but the core FW is not.
