Hi, We had a Smart UPS 5000 VA which was not used for almost 1 year. When we recently tried to use it, the UPS was not responding and did not start up. We replaced the batteries with a new one and the UPS started. But after the self testing, the UPS returns an error that battery is disconnected or it has bad battery. What could be possible reasons. Is there anything which we have to do it through Power chute software? Please advice?
