Where can i get new face plates for SUA48XLBP ? (not ebay, i want new ones)

the originals were never installed on the units and somehow disapeared. is it possible to order replacements through APC or an APC distributor?

I see. Since they were lost, i dont expect to get them replaced under warranty, im just trying to find out how to purchase them.

The SUA48XLBP is a brand new product to the market, to compliment the SUA3000XL. Chances are, you're not going to find anywhere other than E-bay for faceplates, but I doubt anyone is going to have any right now. What happened to the originals?

The part number is 870-13539A. However, it's not even sku'd up to be purchased through APC. So I doubt any distributor or Reseller is going to be a) able to quote you for it, or b) be able to purchase it from us.

So APC doesnt sell replacement parts? What is one to do if a faceplate, rack ear, etc is lost or damaged? Either live without it or buy an entire new unit?

Usually the replacement is held at the discretion of whomever you speak with on the phone @ Tech Support. The moderators on this board, along with myself, are on the escalation team, and we advise discretion in replacing parts caused my customer mishandling of them. I would honestly recommend calling in and seeing what discretion they hold in replacing them for you. It's probably likely you can get them replaced.
