Does anyone know the replacement battery model for the SUA2200 UPS?
It is a tower unit. I got this number from the white label on the back of the UPS.
Thank you,
Matt

If your unit looks like this the battery cartridge is RBC55.

Post an image or link of your unit if it’s not the one pictured here. 👍

Teken,
Thank you for the info!
Yes it is the UPS in the picture so I'm going with the RBC55.
Seems like there may be 2 batteries in this unit.
Do you happen to know if the RBC55 is actually 2 batteries or would I need to order 2 RBC55 replacements?
Thank you again for your help,
Matt

Teken,
Thank you for the information.
Yes our UPS is the one pictured. Would you happen to know if there is one or two RBC55 cartridges in this unit?
Thank you again,
Matt

Hi Matt,
When you place an order for a APC RBC (Replacement Battery Cartridge) you’ll receive two sets of RBC55 cartridges. More specifically your unit takes two sets of RBC55 which are (4) batteries in total.
You can purchase directly from APC / Authorized retailer. Or save some finances and purchase directly from the battery maker (CSB).
Ive appended a Canadian link but you can go to the American website too:
NOTE: If you purchase directly from APC it will be Plug & Play. Nothing for you to do besides disconnecting the cables and replacing the battery cartridges.
If you purchase from the CSB website you may only receive the raw cells.
In this case you need to take the existing cables, cover plate, fuse, and battery terminals off and transfer them to the raw cells and reassemble.
Doing so will save you quite a bit if you compare with the Plug & Play RBC!
Let me know if you have more questions. 👍
