SUA 2200, Load bar Graph is not Working

Recently i have purchased on SUA 2200 Online UPS for my Server (750 Watt). But from the very first day, the Load Graph of the Face Plat is not showing any activities. can any one give me some advice, how to solve this problem ...... please ??????

how much load do you think you have on the UPS? have you checked to see if via powerchute software or a network management card what the percentage is reported as? the lower the load, the less accurate the reading is for load. so you might not see a very small load reported, depending on what is attached to the UPS.
