SU2200NET connection

I was recently given an SU2200NET. It charges fine, but when I connect a serial cable to my PC, the UPS shuts off. Is there a special cable I need?? I downloaded the software from the APCC download pages.

You need to use the cable 940-0024 that is shipped with the UPS.
