A few minutes ago the APC SU2200 momentarily switched to battery and then back again. I wasn't expecting a self test for another 9 days or so. I accessed the web interface and did not find any event logged for the momentary transfer to battery I noticed a short while ago.
All events, including Informational, Warning and Critical, are configured to be logged to the event log. I wonder what happend to the event that I physically witnessed earlier?
Thanks in advance for any insight you may have.

How long was the transfer? Very short transfers of 1-3 seconds may not be recorded. A self test should always log self test started/passed (or failed) and would not show as "on battery."

I think it may depend on UPS and what causes the transfer too because I do see one second events recorded in some logs once in a while.
