SU1000I, high output online Voltage

Hi Guys

Anyway one can help me, we have SU1000I ups, every thing are ok except for the online voltage too high, it reach 307.5 VAC when the UPS was plug to the utility power, but when the UPS in battery mode voltage was normal around 231.6 VAC.
Using DMM utility power was measured and the reading was 230.8 VAC

Is there any hardware issue of the ups? if is the possible fault.

hi sorry for late reply for my post, anyway, yeah it didn't match with the output voltage when the UPS was in online state, im using PCBE and the status was normal, voltage input and output was normal., but still the actual reading so high, it is possible the power FET having some issue?
